Kristin, a mother of three and a valued Nutrition Services team member, was overwhelmed when her children’s father lost his job, her food stamps account was hacked, and her car broke down. As the sole provider, she struggled to keep her family afloat until her manager connected her with the Team Member Assistance Program. The support helped cover her utility bills and gave her the breathing room she needed. “It felt like a weight was lifted off of me,” Kristin said. “This program is the main reason I am still here.” Today, she continues to care for our patients with strength and gratitude.

Team Member Assistance: In FY25 alone, we supported 99 colleagues with over $126,000 in emergency aid. This included help with rent or mortgage, utility bills, medical debt, and other urgent needs. Every dollar gives our team members the strength to keep going when life becomes overwhelming.

Patient Assistance: From transportation to medications, from walkers to grocery gift cards, our assistance programs remove financial barriers that could delay care or recovery. These simple acts of support often mean the difference between hardship and healing.

Student Assistance: The Christ College Student Emergency Fund helps future healthcare professionals stay on track when unexpected expenses threaten their education. Covering urgent needs like housing, medical costs, and food, this fund ensures students can focus on learning and growing without being derailed by financial stress.
