What is IGiVE?
IGiVE is The Christ Hospital Health Network's comprehensive team member giving campaign that allows you to support causes that matter to you, including United Way, ArtsWave, and internal programs like patient, team member, and student assistance.

What is the timing of the campaign?
IGiVE runs from August 14 to September 30.

What is the goal this year?
Increased participation and impact! We want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to learn about the campaign and make a gift.

What are the giving options?
You can give to United Way, ArtsWave, and The Christ Hospital Foundation (TCHF). You may also designate your gift to specific programs within United Way or TCHF.

What if my usual designation is not available?
To focus our impact, some designations may not appear in this year’s giving portal. We hope you’ll consider choosing one of the featured options aligned with our current priorities.

Is my gift tax-deductible?
All gifts are tax-deductible according to IRS guidelines. Please consult your tax advisor with any questions. Payroll deductions are taken after tax, not pre-tax.

If I want to give to all three organizations, do I make one gift or three?
Within the online giving portal, you’ll need to make three separate gifts. You can then designate each to a specific United Way agency or TCHF fund. ArtsWave is a single designation.

What are the different ways I can make a gift?
You can give through payroll deduction, credit card, or check. Team members with frozen PTO may also contribute PTO hours.

When will the first payroll deduction be deducted?
Payroll deductions will begin with the first pay period of 2026.

When will my PTO donation be deducted?
Your PTO donation will be deducted from your frozen PTO bank during the next pay period after your election. Please donate in four-hour increments.

I’m having trouble accessing the IGiVE site. How can I make my gift?

To make your gift through the IGiVE portal, you need to be connected to the VPN. We designed the system this way so you can bypass setting up a separate email and password. When you’re on the network, it connects directly to our Single Sign-On (SSO) and securely remembers your information. If you are on your mobile phone, you will be prompted to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an added security step.
